std::is_destructible

template <class T> struct is_destructible;
Is destructible

Trait class that identifies whether T is a destructible type.

Destructible types include scalar types and destructible classes.

A destructible class is a class whose destructor is not deleted and potentially accessible in derived classes, and whose base class and all non-static data members are also destructible themselves.

The is_destructible class inherits from integral_constant as being either true_type or false_type, depending on whether T is destructible.

Template parameters

T
A complete type, or void (possible cv-qualified), or an array of unknown bound.

// is_destructible example
#include <iostream>
#include <type_traits>

struct A { };
struct B { ~B() = delete; };
struct C : B {};

int main() {
  std::cout << std::boolalpha;
  std::cout << "is_destructible:" << std::endl;
  std::cout << "int: " << std::is_destructible<int>::value << std::endl;
  std::cout << "A: " << std::is_destructible<A>::value << std::endl;
  std::cout << "B: " << std::is_destructible<B>::value << std::endl;
  std::cout << "C: " << std::is_destructible<C>::value << std::endl;
  return 0;
}

Output:
is_destructible:
int: true
A: true
B: false
C: false
