Adding contol on CFrameWnd MFC

Hi,

I am few to MFC and in-fact self learning it.

I have created a project, and provided a class derived from CFrameWnd and added menus and toolbar. How can I add controls like list-box, buttons on CFrameWnd derived class.

Any suggestion or advice will be greatly appreciated and will be very helpful to me.
