OEM Send Page Command not called
I would like to ask a question or a something I would like to figure out
I am working with a bitmap print driver sample taken from
https://github.com/microsoft/Windows-driver-samples/tree/master/print/OEM%20Printer%20Customization%20Plug-in%20Samples/C%2B%2B/bitmap
How do I disable banding for a surface. I commented out startbanding, next band and everything has a "band" or "banding" search. When Banding is turned on Send Page is not called. I need my Send Page called always. How do I turn off banding. I always thought its so simple just remove everything that has a "banding" hit..
That's good but now send Page isn't called.
