dBase IV program

Hello everyone,
I cannot open dbf file in dBase IV program. I recieve the error message: The file couldn't be opened properly. So my question is, could anyone suggest me a proper way so that I may never face such issue again? Please advise me how to repair dbf file?

Hello Spencer,
To resolve this issue, locate all dbf files associated with this .apr and either return them to their original locations or map the .APR to their new location by answering yes to the question in the error message, and then navigating to the dbf file's new location. If it useless try to open your file with the help of https://www.repairtoolbox.com/dbfrepair.html
