DevHelp and Documentation

I have installed documentation for a lot of development packages. Also I built the SFML documentation and it installed to something like /usr/local/share/SFML/doc/.

My question is, what do I do with all this documentation? Is there some way to open it all in one place with Devhelp for example? Or do I just have to go find it in /usr/share or /usr/local/share or whatever and open it in a web browser or something?
