Is the source code free?
I was looking in the sourcecode section of the site, but didn't see anything saying that the code had a cost. Is it open source, or does it require payment?
The source code should have it's own license in the files. If it does not, consider it to be part of the public domain (it has no owner and is considered public knowledge, you a free to do with it as you wish)
