It happens occasionally, especially when things are being done like server/site maintenance, etc.
Just wait a day and try again.

I get this sort of in phases. Like Duoas, I assume it has to do with maintenance, updates and such.

I have just been seeing it a lot more of late.

About an hour ago I could not use the site, every page refresh gave me that error. I believe they are updating/fixing the cgi of the site.
