I recently played a simple yet popular game call agar.io and saw info about it.It said it has been made using 4 languages by 1 person.But how??and that too by 1 person??And why 4 languages??Just a brief answer cause i am seeing on youtube how to make a similar(more simpler game).

can i do it using raw coding? i mean not using things like unreal engine and unity.

Unreal Engine and Unity were made by "raw coding", so, yes, there's no reason you couldn't replicate what they do by writing your own code.
