Would I get reported if I was to copy 189 lines of code on a topic I started and is more completed than initially? Mainly to show what I have came up with and secondly to ask what I should do to shorten it?

People get reported for anything these days.
I would say that the title of the thread should be consistent with the question in the OP, so if you want to ask another thing, then create another thread.
