Update the PDF Version of the tutorial
I have noticed while reading the PDF version that on the cover it reads "Last revision: June, 2007". That was two years ago. The pdf version to me is great due to its portability and its easy to read. I'm not sure if anyone is behind me on this but its only fair that the people without a constant internet connection should get at least a quartaly update.
