Toshiba Excite 10 AT 305 Is Not Turning On

I have a Toshiba Excite 10 AT 305 Tablet that is not turning on.

Any ideas?

With this little bit of information. No.

I have tried:
- Holding the Power button for about 30 seconds
- Holding the Power button along with the + Volume button (for 5-8 seconds)
- Holding the Power button with the - Volume button.
- Holding the Power button with the + and - Volume Button

By 'not turning on' I mean Nothing is happening.

Is the battery dead?

I do not know for sure.

Currently my tablet is plugged into this laptop by the charger.

I have been researching for more than an hour, so my tablet would have charged for about one hour.

If 'dead' means there is no battery power, then my battery is not dead.

However, if 'dead' means the battery will not except power, then my battery may be dead.
