C++ Programming Keyboard Layout?

To program more effectively, I want to have a more ideal keyboard layout for C++.
If you know of any software and stickers available for a keyboard layout, please tell me about it.

I use Programmers Dvorak (Polish Programmers Dvorak, actually), and it is really nice for programming:

I wanted the letters to be the same as the QWERTY layout, so with Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator, I did so.
