I am from India and can understand English. I hold a visa card. But I do not understand donation page. It is not in English.

Maybe if you get google chrome you can translate. I can. And I`m sure you can use common sense to fill it out

Common Sense!! is also required to see it...

For financial transactions I prefer to be sure of what I am doing.

Only if you use an advertisement blocking plugin - if you don't, you do not see the donate button.
