Job Summary & Responsibilities:

The Equity Trading Application team is responsible for building and maintaining Falcon, the Equities trading app. Falcon is the strategic Equities trading platform which will eventually replace more than 15 different Equities sales and trading applications globally. The primary responsibility of the Falcon team are to facilitate and help the business line teams to migrate legacy apps onto Falcon and to ensure that all features are implemented consistently.

Responsibility:

Under the guidance of the team lead, you will be working closely with the other business line technology teams to build features in Falcon to replace the legacy sales and trading applications. You will also work on re-factoring the Falcon code base to reduce duplication, promote code reuse and make the business logic consistent across business lines and regions.
Desired Skills & Experience

Basic Qualifications:

Working knowledge of object oriented design and implementation
Solid grasp of college level data structure and algorithm
Experience in working on multi-threaded server environment
Strong programming experience in either Java or C++ on Linux
Delivery focused
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Bachelor's degree (Preferred Master's degree)
