Concero Resources is currently seeking a Senior C++ Programmer / Analyst for our client who is an extremely respected Fortune 500 organization - a leader in their field. The position is based in Memphis, TN.

The ideal candidate will possess the proven ability to develop and deliver efficient C++ applications coupled with a passion for exploring new technologies.

Position Overview:
We are actively seeking an experienced C++ Developer to become a part of the team working on the next-generation platform for our flagship product that will be utilized across the organization. You should have a passion for, and great proficiency with development of designing and implementing platform independent C++ code targeted at multiple operating systems as well as to customize the code for particular platforms; including such system-dependent aspects as multi-threading, networking, UI, etc. Experience with Object-Oriented Design and Programming, design pattern as well as networking and socket programming are strongly required. Additional experience with Java / J2EE is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Architects and Leadership to design, develop and test new software products.

Work closely and collaborate with a cross-functional development team to extend the core product functionality, to power new products and take existing products to the next level.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in C++ programming
Experienced in systems programming including processes, threads, synchronization, debugging, communications, etc
Solid architectural, software design and object oriented programming skills
A track record of delivering quality bug free code on schedule
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Experience with multiple operating systems (Linux, Windows, MacOS, Android, etc) is a plus
GUI development experience is a plus
Experience with HTML, JavaScript is a plus
