Qualifications
- Developing carrier grade networking servers written mostly in C++
- Strong problem solving, debugging and analytical skills
- Working with standard tools to debug and resolve network conditions
- Developing low latency, multi-threaded applications

Desired Qualifications
- SIP, XMPP, RTP/RTCP protocols knowledge
- Experience in developing real time audio/video application
- Experience with Cassandra, HBase, MongoDB or MySQL
- Experience in writing idiomatic C++ code
