In my Qt project there are about 5 forms that have to be filled in a sequential manner by the user. Also, the entries of the forms are dynamic, meaning the number and type of entries to be filled in Form 'X' depends on what the user enters in Form 'X-1'.

I have these forms ready, but I don't like their look. At present they have the 90's look of dull grey buttons etc. I want them to look more professional and be more ergonomically designed.

I need someone who is very good in designing forms using the Qt interface and themes. I will send the snapshots of current forms explaining the entries and the dynamic requirements. The designer can simply send me the suitable designs and their respective codes.
