On the dev side - Low latency / High-frequency / Strong server-side Java development • Experience building multi-threaded & distributed systems
• Experience of low-latency trading systems
• Experience of algorithmic trading systems is desirable

C++ or C background is highly desirable.

The role is for a hand's on AD; who wants to be at the forefront of technology and is keen to drive the direction of the IT team and department.
