formatting with a buffer sstream <map>

I wrote a program, and am now brainfarting with just a small issue with formatting the output (Program works and runs 100% fine).... Can someone please PM me or reply here so they can take a look? I will be glad to post the project to the board so people can learn more on mapping after I submit it. Any help will be appreciated.
