we still faces the same problem if we discard the int..
when we run the program, the error that written is unexpected end of file at line return 0;

Did you correct all instances of the problem Gumbercules mentioned? It occurs at least 6 times throughout your code.

Also, look at your menu function.

The semicolon is bad... very bad.

You are missing a '}' somewhere

Is the body of menu you should put that brace before this and remove the semicolon after menu()

I'm amazed that anyone was able to decipher such a terribly formatted post. I copied it into slickedit and beautified. The OP is indicating that he has an error running the program but how does it compile? There isn't even a proper end bracket for the main function. The "compiler" error you are getting is due to not having enough brackets. There is no terminating bracket prior to the menu function being defined. As jdd pointed out, the definition of the menu function is incorrect anyway. Missing brackets will result in these unexpected end of file errors because the compiler is still searching for the bracket that doesn't exist and instead finds the end of the file, "unexpectedly".
