what can be wrong? all libraries included, no problem should occur!

There are many possibilities and we won't be able to help you unless, like NwN said, you give us more information.
1. Your files are corrupted or missing.
2. You did not link them / compile them properly.
3. The Developing Environment files themselves might be corrupted or missing.
4. You put the libraries, header files, etc... in the wrong places.
