Evaluate my first game please (prompt)

Hello, I started C++ a month or two ago and I've been getting done with the basics. In the mean time, I created my first game using just the command prompt. It's a basic game with skills which you can level up and items and other stuff.

All I would ask you to do is evaluate my game and tell me if it's good for a beginner and what I should improve on.

The first download link is the actual game. The second one is the source code if you would like to look at that to check of any (not of any, but all) faults. I realize it's not the best game in the world, because I am a beginner. Just please try to be nice in the comments.

And the reason the game's name is 'something' is because I couldn't think of a name so that's the first thing that came to mind. That shouldn't matter anyway, because you can just rename it once you download it.

I got stuck in an infinite loop where I was doing -3 damage evertime and a hobgoblin was doing -2^32 damage. Got it after picking melee and then level 5.
