Image with fixed tag

Hi guys, here is the problem... i have a stl image and i want to create a tag with a name inside a square, my problem is.... i want to create a 2d square in a 3d platform, so.. when i rotate the square need to stay in the screen... the square can move but cant rotate.. i will put 2 image, the first one is how it is now a days... and the second one .. is how i want it to be.... thank u very much...
