How to build a dll from a vcproj with C++ (or Matlab)?

Hi

I have a ".vcproj" project with the respective header and source files in c++ and I want to create an application in C++ (or in Matlab as possible) to select a ".vcproj" and build the "dll" automatically. This would be a part of a bigger program.

I would appreciate very much your help!
