Need assistance with Beep Song issues

I am currently making a Base Maze game. I have it complete EXCEPT for figuring out how to get my Beep Song not to screw me over. When I have it implemented, it will not let me play my game until it's over. I have my Beep Song right underneath the begining of my Game Loop.
