Can't format code with Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate from MSDN

The key combination (Ctrl+K, Ctrl+D) is bound to command (Format Document) which is not currently available. Any idea how to fix this?

This should go in the Windows section.

Start the IDE.
Choose Tools->Options->Environment-Keyboard
Select Visual C++ 6, Press Reset, Press OK
