Algorith that finds best possible combination
are you looking for when to hold a meeting (the most people can go to it with a preference for 0 then 1 on their scores) or something else?
The above isnt bad, its the column with the least # of 2s, any ties on that, its the one with the most zeros.
here, its the next to last column .. the day/time that represents is the best for all people (rows).

Is yours an algorithms class? This looks like a variation on the classic rod-cutting problem.
