Debug C main program

I need assistance in debugging a not-very-large C main program. Reason(s) for the crash are not evident to one who is not a professional programmer. I am using Visual Studio 2017.

So far I have not obtained programming support here in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. Will some kind soul please step forward. I am, of course, willing to pay.

if its small, you can get solid free help here. Can't hurt to throw it out, see what we can spot. Code, what it should do, what it does do (the wrong thing, described) helps.
