Why can't you use vector iterator to go through vector?

Heh, in a way, mbozzi, your "misremembering" was helpful to me. I found combine() and the zip iterator after scraping the bowels of the internet for a bit, so you gave me a "twofer."

As useful as zip/zip_view/combine looks to be I have a lot of current standard additions to get comfortable with first. C++20 additions/changes/corrections will be put on the back burner until it is officially released and documentation on them is added to cppreference.
