Anywho ... I have this in compilation error

c:\sdl-1.2.14\include\sdl\sdl_config.h(34) : fatal error C1189: #error :  You should copy include/SDL_config.h.default to include/SDL_config.h

I store SDL in c:, but I don't understand what it means? I have SDL_Config I checked, and I can't find "SDL_config.h.default" either.
