But I've encrypted a plaintext file with my software and i thought i'd post it to see if anyone wants a try at hacking it.

Ok how should I encode it?
There's quite a few choices. Hex and Base64 are the most common.
So to be fair, you must post the algorithm since it must be distributed at least in compiled form to anyone, intended recipient and cracker alike. The only "secret" can be the private key.
ok I know there used to be freeware encoders on tucows. Now I can't find any. What gives?
Just use base64. It comes with Cygwin.

Not knowing the encryption algorithm makes it impossible.

But anyways, it was encrypted twice with a double mono-alphabetic substitution cipher, doubly transposed, and twice enciphered with a hill cipher.
There's nothing to disagree to. If you provide the executable, you provide the algorithm. If you don't provide the executable, you're relying on security by obscurity.
Well I'd love to provide the executable, but problem is, the executable is 3 executables. So no matter how I compressed them the 3 separate files couldn't all fit onto the bandwidth. I could send you one, but what good is one gonna do you?
