assistance in compiling a program

I have some code that I would like compiled to get a valid exe
there are 3 files, an .H file a .ccp and a .obj file. I cant
get these to compile. Im sure its just a noob thing. Can anyone help?!!

I have tried them all... heheheh Im just not sure how to set up the compiler properly.
