visual C++ and mobile development

Dear All:

I would like to develop a small mobile application, using visual c++, on windows vista, visual studio 2005 is not really working even after downloading the patch required.

Can anyone help please ?

You will more than likely need a the mobile SDK for the environment your targetting.

e.g Windows CE SDK. or Windows Mobile SDK
