Dev-C++ premature console shutdown

Well, I'm aware that there's already been a post on this topic. But, all that was suggested there were constructs which would prevent the premature closing of the console. Is there any way in which I could do it in Dev-C++ without adding any extra code...I've been looking for an option but couldn't find it and have been wondering is there any way to do it at all (except adding the code, of course)

Do not use Dev-C++. It's archaic abondonware. It hasn't been updated in years. Download a more modern IDE, almost all of them have that basic feature. If you really like the interface, you can download WxDev-C++.
