Cant understand the tutorial [ESL Student]

Hello cplusplus forum. My name is David (13 years old) and I recently moved into the united states. This is my second year in the united states and I am trying my best to advance my knowledge in the English language. My attempt at reading the tutorials on this site failed, due to the lacking of vocabulary knowledge, I can barely understand the tutorial. Is there anyone who could tutor me? My goal for this year is to actually learn the basics of c++ programming language and build my own program of some sort, possibly tools for game hacking which are used for educational purposes. Thanks for reading, hoping to hear from the professionals :)

PS: Is there any small c++ hand book I could purchase online so I could read it at school during my free time?

What part don't you understand? The tutorial doesn't really use a very arcane vocabulary. It was even written by a non-native speaker.
maybe you should try google translate

http://translate.google.com

find your native language there and translate this website, that may help you in understanding the tutorials here a bit better.
Yes, unfortunately, the programming world uses a pretty unusual vocabulary... but it is like any other. You can use babelfish or google translate or any online dictionary to help...
Why would he do all of that? Are C++ books exclusivly written in English or something?

@David: What is your native language? We can help you find a book online as you requested. If you get confused about anything you know where to find us.

I can tell you that 13 is a pretty young age to be learnging C++, I encourage it because when you do get the grasp of it you will be years ahead of the rest of your math class.
Why would he do all of that?
Oh, I don't know. Perhaps to answer his stated concerns:
- Learn English
- Difficulty with the cplusplus.com tutorial
- Learn basic C++
- PS: good C++ hand book

Are C++ books exclusivly written in English or something?
No one here ever suggested they were.

I will say, however, that AFAIK, good books on C++ are hard to come by in languages other than English.
Thanks for the recommendation guys!

@ Computergeek01, Duoas - English c++ hand books are fine, I could probably understand it.

You're not going to find a small C++ handbook. What do you define as small? (And there's no way to escape some jargon with any programming. I'm sorry to say it this way but you'll need a solid English base for programming out of any English instructions or material.) There's really no way to condense this level of material. The closest I can imagine is the pdf of the tutorial.
