first of all you would need a compiler, for that i use dev-cpp: http://www.bloodshed.net/devcpp.html second there is a loot of very good books and tutorials, a tutorial you could try is right here at this site at: http://cplusplus.com/doc/tutorial/ hope you can get started on it now
hi! then welcom we are almost all new in C++ so just welcom to the club.
actualy i like this site cplusplus u can realy benefit from it.
my advice u is to realy built a strong base first read some tutorials as chimera said and ask some questions and do alot of programing practice that will realy help . here is a link of an easy and simple C++ book which we r using at the unversity ===>www.course.com/malik/ccp.
hope that u ll soon improve ur self in C++ so good luck :).
Follow kia's and chimera's advice. Good stuff from both of them. Also, only ask for advice after attempting to solve prgramming problems yourself. You learn a lot more figuring out your own solutions and applying them than using someone else's solutions. There are so many different approaches to any one problem that the chances of someone else coming up with the same identical approach is cosmicly slim. The more you rely on yourself, the more you develop your own style, the easier itll be to rely on yourself and that style to do your programming.
